 A banking professional by trade, Sav is the eldest son to Mini and Dev and is the Technical director of the company. He is responsible for the maintenance of technical functions of the business and deals predominantly with the supply management of the company. His dedication and determination to the job at hand is a big factor behind why Mini’s Kitchen has been able to maintain such a strong clientele base so far! In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family and friends and is a big fan of Chinese cuisine.

 A maths graduate by qualification Jay is very much Mini’s First in command.She is the daughter in law of the family and is very much a perfectionist by her own admission and is solely responsible for kitchen management and maintenance of administration. This requires her to work closely with the Finance Director in the day to day running of the business. In her spare time, Jay loves to bake, dance and engage in all things arty and creative as well as playing personal jokes on the rest of the family. A real team player. |
