SANMINI’S the first South Indian cuisine only restaurant in
the north of England.
SANMINI’S is the product and the realisation of SANKAR & PADMINI
Padmini known as Mini always had an eye and deep passion for
home cooking and entertaining, a skill that has been very popular
among her friends.
Hence, it was no surprise that she decided to initially explore the
viability of a home catering business , and that’s when she
decided to become an entrepreneur.
She said: “I originally became interested in this culinary field ,
because I saw a desperate need for this type of south Indian
cuisine in both my own personal life as well as with friends and
family, and hence decided also to introduce the southern Indian
flavors to the local people of North west of England.
The first authentic purely South Indian restaurant outside of
London, SANMINI’S strives to deliver tasty high quality food
with a homely and personal touch. |
